Shipping Policy
Bluefly normally picks, packs and ships all orders within 1-2 business days from the time the order was placed. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays. When shipping 3 Day Select (not available for Alaskan or Hawaiian residents), 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, place your order before 1 pm EST, Monday through Friday, to have it shipped the same day. All express orders placed after 1 pm EST will be shipped the next business day.

Tax Policy
Bluefly does not currently charge sales tax for items being shipped to any U.S. address, although this may change in the future. For all international orders -- including Canada -- customers must pay the shipper directly for all applicable taxes, customs fees and import duties. To estimate these costs, please contact your local customs office.

Return Policy
For your convenience, Bluefly includes a pre-paid merchandise return label with every order. At this time, this label is only valid for returns from the continental United States. Bluefly is currently unable to offer a pre-paid merchandise return label for international orders. If you use this label and opt for a refund to your Bluefly account, Bluefly will cover the shipping costs. However, if you use this label and instead request a refund to your credit card, a return shipping fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer, you may use any other return shipping method at your own expense. Once Bluefly receives your order, Bluefly will credit the appropriate account within 10-14 days; Bluefly will also send you an email to let you know the refund is complete.
