Most orders shipped via UPS, street address required. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours if paid by credit card. All orders must be prepaid with either check, money order or credit card. No COD's.

Return Policy
-To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your product, send Kegworks an Email . For faster service, please include the following in your email: name, invoice/order number, product being returned, and the reason for return request. -NO returns of any type will be accepted without a valid RA number. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days after issue and we must receive returns within 21 days of the original ship date. -Your RA number must appear clearly on the outside of the return shipment. -Returns must be 100% complete, in ORIGINAL and RESALEABLE condition, with all original boxes and packing materials. Kegworks reserves the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. **The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.
